Wilkes Transportation Authority is classified as a 501C3 Non-Profit Organization, and receives no State or Federal Tax money to provide public transportation. WTA is always willing and thankful to accept any donations you may want to contribute, which helps WTA to provide quality public transportation at a very reasonable cost.
